Overview

The HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in guiding and interpreting HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, and enhancing employee relations within the organization.

In Short

  • Assist with HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements related to employee management.
  • Provide recommendations for performance management.
  • Resolve employee relations issues through investigations.
  • Analyze data and business trends to identify gaps.
  • Conduct meetings with management for HR support.
  • Develop partnerships to enhance morale and retention.
  • Collaborate on onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Assist with administering leaves of absence.
  • Partner with recruiting to manage open positions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification preferred.
  • 1-2 years of HR Business Partner experience.
  • Spanish language skills preferred.
  • Knowledge of EEOC and federal/state employment legislation.
  • Strong critical thinking and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Workday and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to travel 25% of the time.
