Centerfield is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead strategic residential accounts and manage a team in Jamaica, focusing on relationship management and performance optimization.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in account management or sales leadership.
  • 2+ years managing a sales team in a call center setting.
  • Proficiency with CRM, Tableau, Looker, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams.
  • Strategic mindset with tactical execution skills.
  • Must reside in the Central or Eastern time zone.
  • Data analytics experience to inform strategy.
  • Experience in remote team management.
