Overview

Parsons is seeking an HR Business Partner to provide HR expertise and guidance to support project objectives and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of HR experience, 5 years in construction or similar industry.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles and labor laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with HRIS and HR software systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
