HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

We build cutting-edge products at the intersection of IT, fintech, and the crypto industry — and we’re currently looking for an HR Business Partner to help us grow a strong team, build scalable HR processes, and strengthen our culture of ownership and growth.

In Short

• Conducting 1:1s (onboarding check-ins, feedback, development, wellbeing).
• Organizing and running Performance Reviews, probation period reviews, and supporting managers in giving feedback.
• Developing and implementing KPI/OKR systems and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
• Analyzing team engagement and needs, shaping learning and development programs.
• Supporting and promoting company culture and values.
• Participating in the creation of career paths, training programs, and management development initiatives.
• Working with HR analytics: turnover, eNPS, engagement, loyalty, key HR metrics.
• Building strong partnerships with employees and leads — acting as an internal coach and mediator.

Requirements

• Experience in HR management or related fields.
• Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
• Ability to analyze data and provide insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with performance management systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
• Proficiency in HR analytics tools.
