Requirements

• 5-7+ years of HR experience in a high-growth environment.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships with leaders and teammates.
• Experience in performance management for a large workforce.
• Strong coaching and facilitation skills.
• Highly organized and able to handle high volume workloads.
• Knowledge of HR compliance regulations and best practices.
• Familiarity with ADP, Slack, and gSuite.
