Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for providing core HR support to our business leaders and their teams. This role will have an emphasis on being a trusted advisor to the organization. The HRBP will have a broad scope and the ability to impact career growth, employee development, compensation and benefits, performance and engagement across the organization. This role reports to the Director, People.

• Leverage HRIS for tracking metrics.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as an HRBP or similar role.
• SaaS industry experience required.
• Working knowledge of HR disciplines.
• Experience in a high-growth, remote-first tech startup.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
