Overview

The Project Manager at Softermii will be responsible for managing various projects within budget, scope, and quality constraints while ensuring effective communication and reporting.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a Project Manager in outsourcing/outstaffing.
• Advanced English level.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Understanding of web development best practices.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage client expectations effectively.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience in budget and timeline management.
• Ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
