HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

The HR Business Partner will support one or more functional teams playing a vital role in ensuring the functions they partner with are thriving and executing people programs at scale -- and, most importantly, translating business strategy into people & org strategy over time.

In Short

• Work with relevant stakeholders to help spearhead people programs and strategies that enhance our culture.
• Partner with functional leaders on org design, planning, and relevant people strategies at scale.
• Provide coaching/guidance on skill & professional development, career pathing, and sensitive people situations.
• Identify and advise leaders on the development needs of their teams and functions.
• Approach people matters with an eye toward compliance and reducing risks.
• Analyze trends & use data to develop people insights and influence change.
• Build excellent working relationships across the business and our People Team COEs.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience as a chief of staff, consultant, or HR professional.
• Ability to create, improve, and execute on people processes and programs.
• Proven stakeholder management skills with capability to navigate nuanced situations.
• Data driven decision making experience.
• Demonstrated skills in clear communication and escalation methods.
• Comfort with feedback conversations throughout all levels of the organization.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Motivation to problem solve in an ambiguous environment.
• Reputation for integrity and accountability.
• This position can be performed remote from the US or Canada.

Benefits

• Target annual salary range: $176,035 - $207,100 USD.
• Includes target bonus + benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)).
