Overview

As a HR Business Partner for Asia Pacific, you operate at both a strategic and operational level to design and implement HR initiatives that foster the growth of the brand, its management, and the development of both our business and people.

In Short

• Strategic and operational partnering with business leaders to align HR approaches with business goals.
• Work alongside Global HR, & Other Stories and support in implementing various initiatives, both in the sales offices & stores.
• Drive organizational development, collaboration and change processes.
• Support with talent management processes such as competence development and succession planning.
• Ensure the quality in the recruitment and introduction process.
• Ensure the quality of processes for health, work environment and employee relations.
• Plan & communicate on different yearly HR activities.
• Act as a role model and ambassador for our values and culture.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in HR, talent management, or related roles.
• A broad understanding of HR operations in Korea and Singapore.
• Strong business acumen and ability to analyze HR data.
• Ability to plan long-term and manage daily operational tasks.
• Practical problem solver balancing business and people perspectives.
• Organized and proactive in driving initiatives forward.
• Experienced in building trust and acting with integrity.
• Confident communication tailored to various organizational levels.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time.
