The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support the Human Resources department in various functions, serving as a trusted advisor and consultant to business units and department leaders, ensuring HR initiatives align with organizational goals and enhance employee engagement and performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of HRBP experience in large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience in post-merger integration preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• HRBP experience in healthcare or tech preferred.
• Knowledge of compliance and regulatory HR requirements.
• Experience managing compensation and benefits preferred.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
