• Manage global Contractor Program for onboarding/offboarding.
• Ensure compliance through audits of benefit programs.
• 3-5 years of HR experience required.
• Strong communication skills are essential.
• Bonus for experience in self-funded health insurance.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HRBP.
• 2+ years experience in benefits administration.
• Familiarity with US benefit laws.
• Attention to detail and metrics-driven mindset.
