Overview

The Affiliate Marketing Associate will be responsible for the execution of AllTrails’ global affiliate program, contributing strategic insights based on partner performance and market trends while working closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness.

• Own day-to-day execution of AllTrails’ affiliate program.

Requirements

• 1-4 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing.
• Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing ecosystem.
• Experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., Impact, ShareASale).
• Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Google Analytics).
• Proven ability to manage multiple partners.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with global affiliate programs.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Passion for the outdoors and AllTrails’ mission.
