Overview

As a Marketing Associate on the Brand Marketing team at Solace, you’ll help bring marketing campaigns to life across channels that reach and support patients. This role plays a critical part in operationalizing marketing initiatives, coordinating across performance, creative, and cross-functional partners to ensure campaigns launch smoothly and run efficiently.

• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across brand and performance channels.
• Coordinate cross-functional campaign launches across creative, performance marketing, product, and operations teams.
• Draft and help manage creative briefs for strong creative execution.
• Manage timelines and cross-functional communication for smooth campaign flow.
• Own the upkeep of marketing budget trackers and expense sheets.
• Manage invoice processing with the accounting team.
• Assist marketing managers with go-to-market planning.
• Support experimentation in emerging marketing channels, including TikTok and Snapchat.
• Ensure accurate tracking and documentation of marketing spend.
• Help coordinate marketing-wide initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in integrated marketing or marketing operations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with teams like brand, creative marketing, or analytics.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience maintaining trackers or project workflows.
• Comfort working with budgets and invoice tracking.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
• Comfort operating in ambiguity.
