Overview

The HR Business Partner will oversee various aspects of human resources practices and processes within Apex Fintech Solutions, focusing on onboarding, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and workforce development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in a human resources role.
• Professional HR Certification (e.g., SHRM, PHRi).
• Experience in conflict resolution and workplace investigations.
• Knowledge of HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
• Understanding of employment law in the Philippines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate integrity.
