• Provide strategic advice and consultative solutions to executives on people management.
• Collaborate on the design and delivery of HR programs.
• Lead talent management and development plans.
• Drive global workforce planning and human capital strategies.
• Monitor HR metrics and recommend solutions for improvement.
• Coach managers on HR issues.
• Partner with revenue team members to communicate policies.
• Support implementation of core HR programs.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency.
• Understand client groups and business challenges.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an HRBP role.
• Experience supporting Director level and above.
• Experience with revenue teams.
• Experience in various HR functions.
• Experience coaching and mentoring.
• Experience with HR projects.
• Experience in a global software development environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to analyze data for continuous improvement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
