The HR Business Partner delivers employment, workforce planning, organization development, and employee relations services to support the organization in meeting business goals, functioning as a trusted advisor to employees and management.

• Builds relationships with management and staff, providing coaching on organizational issues.
• Manages employee relations and corrective actions, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or business-related field.
• 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of HR practices and applicable employment law.
• Ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong project management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to travel 30% of the time.
