Requirements

  • 3+ years in HR leadership roles in France.
  • Strong knowledge of French employment law.
  • Excellent coaching abilities and business acumen.
  • Results-oriented with a data-driven approach.
  • Fluent in English and B2 level in French.
  • Hands-on and proactive mindset.
  • Passion for diversity and transparency.
  • Ability to make sound recommendations based on insights.
  • Experience with performance management processes.
  • Willingness to engage in corporate social responsibility initiatives.
