• Handle the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of full-time employees
• Ensure the organization’s compliance with local compliances and regulations
• Facilitate payroll processing for all full-time employees
• Submit regular compliance reports for statutory and tax reporting
• Other duties may be assigned related to HR
