Overview

As a key role on the Customer Team in the German market, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the region’s success through our clients’ success, managing implementation and supporting clients in their digital training strategy.

In Short

  • Manage the implementation team for collaborative learning software launches.
  • Support clients in their digital training strategy using the 360Learning platform.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure contract renewals and business impacts.
  • Work closely with sales teams to meet client KPIs.
  • Master product and corporate culture within the first month.
  • Host customer meetings and start new projects within three months.
  • Define learning transformation roadmaps and identify resources within six months.
  • Reduce churn and develop strong client relationships within twelve months.
  • Identify new project opportunities with Account Managers.
  • Participate in the interview process with various team members.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in a Customer Success position, ideally in SaaS.
  • Native German and fluent English proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a results-oriented culture.
  • Capability to manage a large portfolio of clients.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong interest in digital industry and e-learning.
  • Enthusiasm for corporate culture.
