Overview

The Customer Success Manager will manage post-sale relationships with top-tier accounts, ensuring customer success and improved ROI with ControlUp's product suite.

  • Some travel required (up to 25%).
  • Strong preference for candidates in the EU or Israel.

Requirements

  • Experience in EUC or similar software companies.
  • Startup/SaaS experience.
  • Proven experience in building customer relationships.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Positive, customer-centric attitude.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and proactivity.
  • Languages: German Native, English Fluent.
