Overview

The Enterprise Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing a named account territory in the Northeast US, focusing on selling and supporting Digital Employee Experience solutions to end users and channel partners.

In Short

  • Exceed revenue quota goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
  • Address unique customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Develop business plans aligned with geographic and business needs.
  • Engage with business partners as necessary.
  • Follow-up on leads and ensure internal systems are updated.
  • Lead technical resources to demonstrate ControlUp advantages.
  • Collaborate with post-sale managers for ongoing account coverage.
  • Understand and manage all aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the territory and its dynamics.
  • Ensure high levels of customer and partner satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT, business, or sales.
  • 7+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience.
  • Proven results in a quota-oriented sales environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence decision makers.
  • Effective presentation skills to executive management.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
