Overview

The Senior Enterprise Relationship Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and strengthening long-term relationships with our strategic and major enterprise clients, ensuring our solutions align with clients’ business objectives and drive measurable value.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship or account management.
  • Preferred experience in healthcare reimbursement and payer relationships.
  • Experience with payments, DSO, or SaaS is a plus.
  • 4-year college degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of account health metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and capable of multitasking.
  • Minimal travel required for key client engagements.
