Overview

The Sales Development Representative at ControlUp is responsible for scaling revenue in the Southern Europe region by researching prospects, discovering pain points, and setting meetings with decision-makers.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of SDR or BDR experience, preferably in SaaS sales.
  • Experience engaging customers via email, phone, and in-person.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and Zoominfo.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
  • Time management skills to meet objectives.
  • Accountability to metrics and performance.
  • Team player with high energy.
  • Fluent in English and French; Spanish and/or Italian is a plus.
