Overview

As a Technical Relationship Manager (TRM) at ControlUp, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor and customer advocate, providing exceptional service to help enterprise customers maximize the value of ControlUp’s solutions.

In Short

• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers.
• Help customers design and implement ControlUp DEX solutions.
• Maintain and grow a portfolio of 12-15 strategic accounts.
• Provide technical guidance and best practices.
• Mentor customers on maximizing their ControlUp deployment.
• Collaborate with sales teams for technical expertise.
• Contribute to internal technical projects.
• Occasional travel to customer sites may be required.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience with VDI technologies is preferred.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with VMware and/or Citrix technologies.
• Certifications in Citrix, VMware, or Microsoft technologies.
• PowerShell scripting skills.
• Experience in IT consulting.
• Proven ability to design technology solutions for enterprise customers.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders.
• Experience working with APIs.
• Preference for candidates located in the UK or Ireland.
