Overview

As a Relationship Manager at Xplor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless client experience from contract signature through onboarding, acting as a bridge between sales and onboarding teams.

In Short

  • Own the post-signature/pre-kickoff phase for new clients.
  • Engage with delayed or inactive accounts through various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with onboarding teams for clear timelines and expectations.
  • Identify and address activation risks early.
  • Work with marketing on client nurture materials.
  • Maintain reporting on deal status and timelines.
  • Support sales and marketing with ad hoc projects.
  • Host webinars for upcoming international markets.
  • Manage the zingfit portfolio and collaborate with AEs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients during the transition phase.

Requirements

  • Experience in SaaS with knowledge of onboarding and client management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and proactive communication.
  • Ability to lead process changes without formal authority.
  • Marketing skills for creating emails and webinars.
  • Organized with a bias for action.
