Relationship Manager - Remote

Overview

The Relationship Manager is part of the Corporate Banking team responsible for Citi’s multinational clients in Israel, assisting clients with business development and offering a full set of banking products and services.

In Short

• Service all clients’ needs with knowledge of Citi’s value proposition.
• Support senior Relationship Managers with client acquisition.
• Work with various functions to offer clients solutions.
• Identify client gaps and provide workable solutions.
• Focus on issue resolution with existing businesses.
• Act as a central point of contact and trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with control functions like Legal and Compliance.
• 2-3 years of Corporate Banking experience required.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hebrew.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the Israeli Banking industry.
• Proven experience in client portfolio management.
• Ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience managing execution and data management best practices.
• Written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew.
