Overview

Join our Xplor Pay vertical in the Central Technology Team as a Technical Support Representative to make a real impact every day by assisting customers with technical support and inquiries.

In Short

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Assist with technical support troubleshooting for billing and access questions.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting on their credit card terminals.
  • Coordinate with other departments to resolve customer issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
  • Work weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.
  • Continuously learn and develop skills.
  • Demonstrate high ownership in customer interactions.
  • Must be bilingual in Spanish & English (a plus).
  • Live in Louisville, KY or surrounding area.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous call center or customer support experience.
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Team player with the ability to work well with others.
  • Strong listening skills for effective communication.
