Overview

The Technical Support Representative will provide prompt and professional technical support to users of our Schools products, diagnosing and troubleshooting various technical issues.

In Short

  • Provide technical support to administrators, teachers, and caregivers.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot application functionality and device compatibility issues.
  • Assist users in setting up and configuring devices.
  • Document and track support interactions using Zendesk.
  • Collaborate with the development team to report bugs and suggest improvements.
  • Maintain knowledge of all products and updates.
  • Work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate technical concepts clearly to users.
  • Exhibit patience and empathy when assisting users.
  • Meet deadlines under pressure.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Support Representative or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of troubleshooting and basic networking.
  • Proficiency in using Zendesk and remote support tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with various operating systems and web browsers.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Positive attitude and empathy towards users.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
