Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in technical support.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with current technologies and tools.

• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling tools.
• Ability to work during US hours.
• Tech-savvy with a good internet connection.
• USB headset and working webcam required.
