In Short

  • Deliver premier technical support to drive customer satisfaction and brand evangelism.
  • Assist Skydio pilots and drone operators in understanding product features and troubleshooting issues.
  • Utilize knowledge guides and flight diagnostic tools to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with cross-team experts to ensure thorough issue resolution.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Skydio UAS platform aspects.
  • Engage in product dogfooding and provide feedback for quality improvement.
  • Participate in building support processes for enhanced customer experience.
  • Work a flexible schedule within a 12/7 hours of operations.
  • Travel to regional customer sites may be required up to 10% of the time.
  • Proficient in multi-channel customer communication.

Requirements

  • Experience with drones/UAV/UAS.
  • 2-5 years of Technical Support experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM technology, preferably Zendesk or Salesforce.
