  • Report to Software Support TL
  • 100% Remote (India)
  • FULL Time positions only (working hours US Shift between 8:30PM to 6:30 AM M-F)

Requirements

  • At least one year of Customer Support experience
  • Positive attitude and passion for technology
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer skills and understanding of Weave products
  • Critical thinking skills and ability to troubleshoot
