In Short

  • Deliver premier technical support to drive customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively seek clarity on product features impacting customers.
  • Act as the Voice of Customer for product improvement.
  • Resolve issues with clear and empathetic communication.
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Skydio UAS platform.
  • Participate in product testing and feedback processes.
  • Contribute to building support processes for enhanced customer experience.
  • Own work and contribute to operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Experience with drones/UAV/UAS.
  • 2-5 years of Technical Support experience.
  • Previous customer support experience in relevant fields is a plus.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with multi-channel customer communication.
  • CRM technology experience, preferably with Zendesk or Salesforce.
