Overview

As the first Technical Support representative at SafeBase, you will provide customer-focused support and troubleshooting for the SafeBase platform, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

In Short

  • Become a technical product knowledge expert on the SafeBase platform.
  • Serve as the first line of defense for customer inquiries.
  • Answer customer conversations via live chat and triage tickets.
  • Troubleshoot integrations and platform issues.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of technical support experience.
  • Basic knowledge of cloud computing and cybersecurity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in the security or GRC industry preferred.
  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems like Intercom or Zendesk.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to learn.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.
  • Understanding of compliance and automation technology.
  • Service-minded attitude towards customer support.
  • Willingness to research and learn complex topics.
