Overview

As a Customer Success Manager in our Customer Success Enterprise Team, you will be the primary contact for our local clients in the DACH market, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our software solutions.

In Short

• Manage relationships with key clients in the DACH region.
• Oversee the onboarding process and provide training.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products to advise clients effectively.
• Encourage product adoption and act as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Fluent in German and English; other languages are a plus.
• Proven ability to establish trust with clients.
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams for seamless client experiences.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proactive and self-driven attitude.
