Overview

As a key role on the Customer Team in the German market, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the region’s success through our clients’ success by managing the implementation team and supporting customers during the launch of their new collaborative learning software.

In Short

  • Manage the implementation team for new software launches.
  • Support clients in their digital training strategy.
  • Coordinate resources to ensure contract renewals.
  • Work closely with sales teams to meet client KPIs.
  • Define learning transformation roadmaps with clients.
  • Reduce churn by identifying at-risk customers.
  • Develop relationships with clients' management teams.
  • Participate in customer meetings and feedback sessions.
  • Identify new project opportunities for account development.
  • Document customer use-cases for future reference.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years experience in a Customer Success position, ideally in the SaaS industry.
  • Native German and fluent English proficiency.
  • Ability to work in a results-oriented culture.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong interest in digital education and e-learning.
  • Capability to prioritize and manage a large portfolio of clients.
