Overview

As a Key Account Manager (KAM) at 360Learning, you will play a crucial role in the growth of the business, managing around 100 accounts and focusing on sales to develop your portfolio and generate growth.

In Short

  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 accounts.
  • Work in a team of 5 KAMs focusing on mid-market clients.
  • 80% of the role is sales-oriented, focusing on upselling.
  • Collaborate with Client Success Partners and internal experts.
  • Possibility to advance to a KAM Large position.
  • Become familiar with Trello and the company’s product within the first month.
  • Take ownership of your customer portfolio within 3 months.
  • Close new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) within the first two quarters.
  • Prepare and ensure contract renewals and upsell strategies.
  • Exceed sales targets and optimize business processes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or sales.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Strong active listening and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in French and proficient in English (B2+).
  • Enthusiasm for company culture.
