Our Sales team is growing and looking for an enthusiastic Account Manager- Mid Market to join us!

In Short

  • Responsible for driving revenue growth by managing strategic accounts.
  • Focus on up-selling and cross-selling existing solutions.
  • Build and maintain executive level relationships.
  • Meet or exceed retention and expansion quotas.
  • Understand customer business environment and assist in solving challenges.
  • Coordinate communication with internal teams.
  • 8+ Years of Account Management Experience for SaaS Healthcare solutions.
  • Experience selling to the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Some travel required.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful customer engagements with VP and Executive level stakeholders.
  • Strong foundation for strategic and tactical selling of a solution sale.
  • Ability to identify new use cases and collaborate with product and strategy teams.
