Our HR team is growing and looking for an HR Generalist to join us, reporting to Associate Director of HR.

In Short

• Act as a trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers.
• Execute the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Support benefits administration and performance management initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and support audits.
• Assist with planning and executing company events.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and ensure data integrity.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, values-driven work environment.
• Support employee development initiatives.
• Help maintain a smooth and positive employee experience.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of HR experience in a tech or fast-growing environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR fundamentals.
• Proficiency with HR systems (preferred: Paylocity, CultureAmp).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
