Overview

The Learning Consultant team plays a vital role in helping clients transform into Collaborative Learning organizations. This role involves partnering with clients to reshape corporate learning design, delivery, and scaling.

• Maximize collaborative learning platform through content strategy and best practices.
• Lead workshops and consulting projects during onboarding.
• Guide solution add-ons for smooth launches and strong engagement.
• Evaluate impact through customer satisfaction and project milestones.
• Engage with colleagues worldwide through virtual activities.
• Host customer workshops and manage implementation projects.
• Prepare for high-stakes workshops with Enterprise customers.
• Develop scripts and resources for new services.
• Represent the team in marketing webinars on digital learning.
• Mentor new Learning Consultants.

Requirements

• 3+ years in learning & development projects or client-facing roles.
• Strong listening and teaching skills.
• Clear communication in writing and orally.
• Proactive and results-oriented.
• Fluent in French and English (B2 level or equivalent).
• Proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
