Learning Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Learning Consultant will help improve partner readiness programs by assessing capability and capacity, developing strategic learning plans, and aligning learning initiatives with business goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in L&D consulting or business-facing roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, preferably Portuguese.
• Strong consulting mindset and strategic thinking.
• Ability to connect learning programs with business impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong data analysis and storytelling skills.
• Understanding of cloud technology.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field required.
• Master's degree or CDL certification is a plus.
• Experience in channel sales or partner enablement preferred.
