We support clients by developing strategies to launch products and services, creating technical content for readiness, marketing, and sales, providing creative direction for campaigns and solutions, and offering IT management consulting.

• Join the Channel & Partner Success Consulting Team as a Learning Consultant.
• Help improve partner readiness programs by assessing capability and capacity.
• Consult, guide, and develop strategic learning plans aligned with business objectives.
• Engage senior stakeholders to gain buy-in for learning initiatives.
• Embed learning processes within partner organizations for long-term effectiveness.
• Provide ongoing support and track progress based on business needs.
• Analyze learning data to inform decisions and recommend improvements.
• 5+ years of experience in L&D consulting or business-facing roles required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a must; Portuguese is preferred.
• Strong consulting mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an L&D consultant or in a business-facing consulting role.
• Must be fluent in English, Spanish and preferably also Portuguese.
• Strong consulting mindset with strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to connect learning programs with business impact and ROI.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive presence.
• Strong data analysis and storytelling skills.
• Understanding of cloud technology (or ability to learn quickly).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field required.
• Master's degree or Cloud Digital Leader (CDL) certification is a plus.
• Experience in channel sales, partner enablement, or pre-sales is highly preferred.
