Overview

As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you play a decisive role in the growth of 360Learning's business and you will join a team of 5 KAM (Mid-market). You will be in charge of around 100 accounts (existing customers from 100 to 2,500 employees).

In Short

  • 80% sales oriented role focused on account growth.
  • Collaborate with Client Success Partners and internal experts.
  • Possibility to advance to KAM Large position.
  • Become a Trello expert and learn the product within the first month.
  • Take full ownership of your portfolio within 3 months.
  • Close 30-50 K€ of new ARR in the first quarter.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and improve business processes.
  • Manage client relationships and prepare for contract renewals.
  • Work in a flexible environment with work-from-home options.
  • Participate in a structured interview process.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Account Management or sales.
  • Experience in the SaaS industry.
  • Able to work in a fast-growing environment.
  • Strong active listening skills and team player mindset.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluent in English (US/UK) / B2 level or equivalent (FR).
