Overview

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for signing new logos within the French market. You will be part of a team of 5 Account Executives who are achieving their ambitious objectives in 2024-2025.

  • Lead opportunities from demo to closing.
  • Respond to requests for proposals.
  • Grow your network with HR & training decision-makers.
  • Develop sales strategies to close deals.

  • Perform product demonstrations to clients.
  • Build and manage your sales pipeline.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly targets.
  • Contribute as a subject-matter expert on the 360Learning platform.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a Sales role in the SaaS industry.
  • Experience in performing complex software/platform demos.
  • Ability to establish strong relationships with key decision makers.
  • Excellent active listening skills and a team player attitude.
  • Basic understanding of HR culture is a plus.
  • Native French and English proficiency (level B2 or equivalent).
  • Enthusiasm for the company’s working environment.
