In Short

  • Responsible for driving new business acquisition within the mid-market segment (500-5,000 employees).
  • Target HR leaders, talent acquisition teams, and C-suite executives.
  • Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting and strategic networking.
  • Conduct discovery calls and product demonstrations.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles averaging 3-6 months.
  • Articulate the technical capabilities and business value of AI-powered recruiting.
  • Stay current on HR technology trends and recruiting industry best practices.
  • Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in HR technology.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
  • Experience selling to mid-market companies.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and contract negotiations.
  • Ability to articulate complex AI/ML technology concepts.
  • Understanding of talent acquisition challenges and HR technology landscape.
  • Proficiency in consultative selling and solution-based sales approaches.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
