Overview

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will support the Human Resources department in various functions, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant to business units and department leaders. This role is crucial in a fast-paced healthcare technology environment, focusing on employee engagement, performance, and growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HRBP experience with 800+ employees.
• 3+ years of healthcare HR experience.
• SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred.
• Experience with organizational change and scaling initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Intermediate or advanced Excel knowledge preferred.
