HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

This role is a strategic position in Human Resources within a dynamic international environment. As an HR Business Partner, you will implement HR strategy and support managers and employees across multiple sites in France.

• Deploy HR strategy in an international, multi-site environment.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, preferably in an international or multicultural setting.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and social law in France.
• Proven experience in project management and intercultural collaboration.
• Fluency in English (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Practical sense, autonomy, initiative, and a strong service orientation.
• Able to thrive in a complex and evolving environment.
