HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to support employees and leaders across Mexico and the broader LATAM region.

In Short

• Serve as a strategic people partner to leaders across multiple regions.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR matters across Mexico and LATAM.
• Manage employee relations matters including investigations and conflict resolution.
• Support leaders located outside of Mexico with local context and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with Global HR and other teams to support hiring and engagement initiatives.
• Contribute to global HR projects and process improvements.
• Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Support HR compliance, documentation, and reporting.
• Drive initiatives that support employee engagement and culture building.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner or advanced HR Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Mexico and Costa Rica labor law.
• Familiarity with Argentina labor regulations and broader LATAM frameworks.
• Experience supporting managers across multiple countries and time zones.
• Previous experience in a Technology, SaaS, or product-based organization.
• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish.
• Proven ability to build trust and influence stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
