The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating organizational goals into effective people strategies, focusing on leadership development, workforce planning, and employee engagement.

  • Collaborate across HR functions to strengthen culture and retention.
  • Provide strategic guidance on performance management and organizational design.
  • Enhance engagement and contribute to business outcomes.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders across the business.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in progressive HR roles with direct HR Business Partner experience.
  • Proven experience partnering with senior leaders or executives.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment laws and employee relations best practices.
  • Experience supporting remote or multi-state teams.
  • Strategic thinking with strong business acumen.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and complex people situations.
  • Preferred: SHRM-SCP, SPHR, experience with organizational scaling.
