HR Business Partner - Remote

Overview

Fiverr is looking for a passionate Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) who will work directly with Fiverr and our subsidiaries' companies. You will be responsible for managing all HR functions including onboarding, employee performance & development, employee relations, benefits administration, compliance, and nurturing & developing the company culture.

In Short

• Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns.
• Partner with managers on people-related matters.
• Coach managers on effective feedback and performance management.
• Manage day-to-day HR functions including onboarding and compliance.
• Implement HR policies and strategies supporting organizational growth.
• Conduct thorough investigations on employee relations issues.
• Enhance employee growth and retention through development programs.
• Build strong relationships with employees and managers.
• Drive performance optimization and people management strategies.
• Undertake additional tasks as necessary.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR, preferably in Tech companies.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and multitasking skills.
• A ‘Can do attitude’ and result-oriented.
• Undergraduate or graduate degree in a related field.
