Overview

As an Assortment Strategy Lead at ARKET, you will shape the future of the brand’s assortment and drive strategic direction, working closely with key leaders to ensure customer-centric and commercially strong collections.

In Short

• Act as the strategic right hand to the Head of Assortment.
• Drive and develop the assortment strategy focusing on buying processes.
• Lead the assortment timeline including start-ups and closures.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in assortment management.
• Educational background in Business and/or Fashion.
• Strong strategic and analytical mindset.
• Experience in buying processes and commercial planning.
• Structured and methodical working style.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Self-driven and confident in decision-making.
